Two three-dimensional 2p-3d-4f heterometallic frameworks featuring a nanosized Ln(6)Cu(24)Na(12) (Ln = Gd, Dy) cluster as a node have been obtained under microwave irradiation conditions through the reaction of H(2)ANMA (H(2)ANMA = L-alanine-N-monoacetic acid), Cu(NO(3))(2), and Ln(NO(3))(3) (Ln = Gd for 1, Dy for 2) with NaOH in deionized water. Investigations on the magnetic properties show that 1 exhibits ferrimagnetic behavior. The electrical conductivity measurements reveal that 1 behaves as a proton conductor.  相似文献

乙醇/柴油混合燃料的相溶性及对发动机性能影响的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用助溶剂解决乙醇/柴油的相溶性问题,讨论了混合燃料中乙醇和助溶剂添加量对相溶性的影响,并使用助溶剂体积分数为1.5%、乙醇体积分数分别为5%、10%、15%的混合燃料及 20号纯柴油(分别表示为E5、E10、E15和 E0)在发动机台架上进行了性能和排放试验。研究结果表明,柴油的烃组成是决定相分离温度的决定性因素;对全部测试油品,乙醇体积分数在10%、助溶剂添加体积分数为1.5%时,混合燃料相溶性较好。台架试验显示,随着混合燃料中乙醇掺烧比例的增加,发动机的燃油消耗率逐渐增加,而发动机的额定功率和最大扭矩逐渐降低,但最大扭矩降低的幅度较小;此外,随着乙醇掺烧比例的增加,CO比排放量减少,HC、NOx和PM的比排放量逐渐增加,但NOx和PM的比排放量增加幅度不大。10%体积分数的乙醇添加量是乙醇/柴油的最佳掺烧比。  相似文献

Phase diagrams of two ionic liquids: hydrophobic 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (bmim-PF(6)) and relatively hydrophilic 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (bmim-BF(4)) in aqueous solutions of Brij 97 were determined at 25 degrees C. Two hexagonal liquid crystalline phases formed in bmim-PF(6)- and bmim-BF(4)-containing ternary systems were investigated by means of small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and rheological techniques, with comparison of composition and temperature effects. From analysis of the SAXS data, bmim-PF(6) is dominantly penetrated between the oxyethylene chains of surfactant molecules, whereas bmim-BF(4) is mainly located in the water layer of hexagonal phases. The strength of the network of hexagonal phase formed in the Brij 97/water/bmim-BF(4) system is appreciably stronger than that of the Brij 97/water/bmim-PF(6) system, indicated by the smaller area of the surfactant molecule at the interface and the higher moduli (G', G' '). Temperature has a converse effect on the lattice parameters of the two hexagonal phases.  相似文献

On the basis of the approximation of harmonic oscillation between SC and S for the symmetric stretching vibration of the CS2+ ions, the Franck-Condon factors for the transitions of CS+2 ions have been calculated using the potential curves and wavefunctions of the harmonic oscillator. The calculation results have been used for comparison with the photodissociation spectra via the transition, and for estimating the validity of the rotation constants and the bond length of state given in the previous studies. The photodissociation mechanism via the transitions of CS+2 ions has also been discussed.  相似文献

Because reversible protein phosphorylation is central to biological regulation, many methods have been developed for the systematic parallel analysis of the phosphorylation status of large sets of proteins. To directly survey the extent of protein phosphorylation and the distribution of phosphoproteins in biological systems, we used a phosphoprotein staining method, Pro-Q Diamond dye, for the high-throughput identification of phosphoproteins. The specificity of the method was validated with protein standards and subsequently applied to an analysis of total protein from human liver Chang's cells. Proteins were separated by 2-DE, then sequentially stained with Pro-Q Diamond and Coomassie Blue G-250. After image analysis, the proteins in gel spots containing phosphoproteins were identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS. A total of 269 phosphoproteins were identified, and 27 were known phosphoproteins in the SwissProt database. By comparing the relative volumes of the phosphoprotein map and the total protein map, the extent of protein phosphorylation was observed. The phosphoprotein staining method combined with 2-DE also detected polymorphisms of the phosphoproteins, and could distinguish highly abundant, but slightly phosphorylated proteins from less abundant, highly phosphorylated ones. We conclude that the phosphoprotein staining method can be used for global, quantitative phosphorylation detection.  相似文献

In this Article, we report the application of the quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) to study the evaporation of colloidal suspension droplets. Droplets of alumina particle suspensions with varying particle size and solid concentration have been investigated. Characteristic responses of the resonance frequency of the QCM associated with the different evaporation stages have been established. Quantitative analysis of the experimental results has been performed by the proposed QCM models. An interesting finding is that frequency increase after complete drying has been observed in some cases. Interpretation of the frequency increase has been developed in terms of the contact stiffness. The possible physical mechanisms are also discussed and quantified in terms of various interparticle forces.  相似文献

The phase behaviors of the binary mixture of an anionic surfactant aerosol OT (AOT) and water are investigated on a mesoscopic level using dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) computer simulations. With a simple surfactant model, various aggregation structures of AOT in water including the lamellar, viscous isotropic, and reverse hexagonal phases are obtained, which agree well with the experimental phase diagram. Special attention is given on the unusual lamellar regions. Water diffusivity shows much useful information to understand how the phase behaviors varied with concentration and temperature. It is proposed that the anomalous lamellar phenomena at intermediate AOT concentration (about 40%) are due to the formation of a defective structure, pseudoreversed hexagonal phase, which evidently decreases the water diffusivity. After increasing temperature above 328 K, the pseudoreversed hexagonal structure will be partly transformed to a normal lamellar phase structure and the system lamellar ordering is therefore enhanced.  相似文献

A novel kinetic spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of rutin. The method is based on the inhibitory effect of rutin on the oxidation reaction of amaranth by potassium periodate in acidic media at 100 degrees C. The linear range for the determination of rutin is 0.02 - 0.50 microg/ml, and the detection limit is 0.014 microg/ml. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of rutin in medicine of rutin tablet and traditional Chinese medicine.  相似文献

A novel visible colorimetric sensor (L1) with high selectivity for fluoride ion based on coumarin has been synthesized by a simple modification of our earlier report. The chemosensor L1 shows an obvious color change from yellow to blue upon addition of fluoride ion with a large red shift of 145 nm in acetonitrile, and without interference of other anions such as Cl-, Br-, I-, NO3-, H2PO4-, HSO4-, and AcO-. The investigation of 1H NMR spectrum titration indicates the proposed mechanism is that F- first establishes a hydrogen bonding interaction with L1, and then the formation of [F-H-F]- induces deprotonation.  相似文献

Steam-exploded corn stover biomass was used as the substrate for fed-batch separate enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation (SHF) to investigate the solid concentration ranging from 10% to 30% (w/w) on the lignocellulose enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation. The treatment of washing the steam-exploded material was also evaluated by experiments. The results showed that cellulose conversion changed little with increasing solid concentration, and fermentation by Saccharomyces cerevisiae revealed a nearly same ethanol yield with the water-washed steam-exploded corn stover. For the washed material at 30% substrate concentration, i.e., 30% water insoluble solids (WIS), enzymatic hydrolysis yielded 103.3 g/l glucose solution and a cellulose conversion of 72.5%, thus a high ethanol level up to 49.5 g/l. With the unwashed steam-exploded corn stover, though a cellulose conversion of 70.9% was obtained in hydrolysis at 30% solid concentration (27.9% WIS), its hydrolysate did not ferment at all, and the hydrolysate of 20% solid loading containing 3.3 g/l acetic acid and 145 mg/l furfural already exerted a strong inhibition on the fermentation and ethanol production.  相似文献
